Svalinn dogs do not display common health defects like hip dysplasia and other maladies that are sometimes found in pure breeds. This is a result of our deliberate cross-breeding and not looking for a pure breed. We screen each of our breeding dogs for genetic quality, health, temperament, and working ability.
