As a generalization, the Peppers are serious protection assets. They take their jobs seriously and are appropriate for individuals or engaged families looking for a true working dog. Carolina is one of the largest Pepper girls, still medium in size. She might be the most distinctive of her litter - a lean, long physique, massive ears and piercing yellow eyes. Carolina is very friendly and has lots of energy. Currently Carolina pairs well with male dogs; jury is out on females. As with all of our one-year-old dogs, we are still capturing data. Carolina is the poster child for “excited to greet life every day”. Her obedience is excellent, and she is a solid protector. One handler commented that “Carolina is SO smart.” For anyone looking for a dog smarter than they are, she’s the correct pick!
